ASSEST CRITERIA

  • 5-20 units, small commercial

  • Built 1950s to present

  • High vacancy rate to reduce displaced tenants during renovations

  • High maintenance gives opportunity to better manage a property and reduce expenses.

  • Ideal properties have outdated interior and exterior cosmetics with strong foundations, roofing, plumbing, electric and heating. Modern renovated units allow for higher rental rates producing more income without high cost repairs.

    • Limited Partners (our investors), provide capital in exchange for profitable returns on their investment
